Services to Solicitors
SCHEDULE AND NEGOTIATE
We will prepare a Schedule of Costs for submission to the client within 72 hours for approval. Our negotiation team will then take over conduct of the same, undertaking the necessary procedures to maximise your costs effectively.
BILL AND NEGOTIATE
Our experienced Cost Drafting Team will prepare a Bill of Costs for submission to the third party within ten working days. Your file is then passed to our Negotiation Team who will take over conduct of the file and thereafter undertake the necessary procedures to conclude your claim for costs. The Negotiation Team will ensure that regular updates are provided to the client with regard to the progress of each case on an individual basis. They will also provide the necessary advice with regard to a suitable offer from the Defendants or find an alternative method to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
BILL AND RETURN
The Cost Drafting Team will prepare a Bill of Costs for the clients own use within ten working days of receipt of the file. You will be sent the Bill with all necessary documentation for service including copy vouchers and completed N252. (charges payable by the client within thirty days of invoice)
FORM 1 STATEMENT OF COSTS
Our Cost Drafting Team will prepare a Statement of Costs and return your file to you within 72 hours of receipt of your file of papers.
DRAFTING OF PART 8 PROCEEDINGS
The Litigation Department will prepare all Part 8 Proceedings in accordance with the relevant CPR and Practice Directions applicable. The completed Proceedings will be sent to you for endorsement and service with all relevant documentation.
PREPARATION OF POINTS OF REPLY & ADVICE /POINTS OF DISPUTE /REPRESENTATION OF DETAILED ASSESSMENT HEARING
We will prepare and forward Points of Reply (together with Advice) for your approval and endorsement to be returned to us for service upon the third party. Points of Dispute will be prepared and forwarded to yourselves within ten working days of receipt of the file of papers.
